Founded in 1857, Buena Vista is California’s first premium winery. Located just five minutes from Sonoma, the original winery is now a California Historic Landmark and houses their winery, tasting room, and visitor’s center.
The grounds and buildings are beautiful. They produce great wine and the staff have excellent customer service and are deeply knowledgeable about the wines and how they are produced. We think it is definitely worth a visit.
Wine tastings for nonmembers start at $20 and a wine tasting with an Oakville gourmet boxed lunch with run $50. Prices and hours could change, so call before you go.
